Meet Aaliyah, the Founder of Journey Charm, on a mission to find the art of balancing life and travel effortlessly for career women. As a seasoned engineer, engineering manager, avid traveler and creative, she’s the heart and soul of the company. With stamps from over 30+ countries, Aaliyah embraces life’s adventures despite her jam-packed schedule.

A true Woman in Tech, she’s no stranger to the juggling act of career building, family nurturing, and self-care. Though it’s not always easy.

She understands firsthand the challenges and the importance of managing stress in work life, personal commitments, and travel planning, which is why she’s committed to making it easier for others.

Our vision

For those with a job, family, personal engagements, and school (yes, I see you all that have a job and are going to school) we’re here to help make it easier for you to slow down and take that needed time for yourself. Busy, busy, busy … and you’re also trying to plan a trip with business, team, besties, family or partner. The travel planning process can be a job in itself.

We’ve set our sights on career women and beyond, striving to stay organized amidst work life, prioritizing self, trip planning and savoring personal relationships. This is a home for those that are adulting, looking to get back to center and create meaningful memories.
